PROJECT OVERVIEW

UPDATE & REDESIGN

SEHD Faculty Orientation: A self-paced onboarding experience for new CU Denver SEHD faculty.

Role: Instructional Designer, content developer, visual designer

Tools: Rise 360, Canva, Canvas

Timeline: Spring–Summer 2026

THE CHALLENGE

SEHD needed a consistent, engaging and accessible way to help new faculty understand the school’s mission, resources, expectations and culture.

The goal was to bring essential information together in one clear experience while helping faculty feel informed, supported and connected from the start.

THE SOLUTION

I designed a responsive Rise 360 course that combines clear content, visual storytelling and interactive elements.

The experience introduces faculty to key people, programs, priorities and support resources in a format that feels welcoming, easy to navigate and flexible enough to complete on their own schedule.

THE RESULT

The project resulted in a fully developed Rise 360 onboarding experience designed to make key information more accessible, organized and engaging for new faculty. The final course demonstrates my ability to structure complex content, create intuitive learning experiences and translate institutional goals into clear, user-focused design.
